Long-term Users.

Long-term Users must sign a lease and shall pay their rent on a monthly basis depending on the contracted usage, which must be clearly stated in the lease. The rental rates must reflect usage and the lease must contain the purpose of use and the regular days of the week and times of the day to be used. Under no circumstances can a long term tenant sub-let the use of the facility. Long term users are responsible for the cleaning of the NCAC House after every use.

Rental rates for Long-term Users will be negotiated by the House Administrator and will be subject to approval by the House Committee and NCAC Executives. The rent for each month is due on the first day of that month. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent shall be provided by the tenant at the start of the lease.

Long-term use of the House, when accompanied by a signed lease will give free access to the Kitchen during the contracted time periods. It is the responsibility of the Long–term tenants to clean up the Kitchen after they use it. Violation of this may lead to suspension of Kitchen privileges.

It will also come with free use of the South Office but does not include use of the audio-visual equipment which must be rented separately. It is the joint responsibility of the Long–term tenants to keep the South Office clean. Violation of this may lead to the suspension of office privileges.  Any dispute over the timing of the use of the South Office will be resolved by the House Committee.

Long-term agreements for all NCAC sponsored events such as language schools and table tennis practices are the financial responsibility of the NCAC.
